C2C Customer Product Returns Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt.
Please check goods immediately.
Garments which have had changes eg. Printing or embroidery (unless done by C2C) will not be accepted.
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
To make a claim please request a Return Authority Request Form.

Fax: (02) 6581 0455 immediately.
Do not under any circumstances return the product/s to Coast 2 Coast Sports without prior authorisation.
No responsibility will be taken for goods returned using the incorrect procedure.
The Coast 2 Coast Sports Operations Manager will advise if your request has been approved.
If it has been approved, you will be provided with a Return Authority Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the goods.
Please indicate this number on the form and return the form with the goods. If the goods were faulty, Coast 2 Coast Sports will incur any shipping charges and send you the correct products.
The products will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. This process may take up to 10 working days from when Coast 2 Coast Sports receives the product/s.
C2C Product Guarantee and Warranty
C2C guarantee all goods, materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items delivered must be inspected immediately upon purchase.
Items held by C2C on behalf of clients which are unable to be inspected carry a 3 month warranty period from the date of purchase.
All products must be handled according to the care instructions of the garments or the guarantee and warranty period will be voided and will not apply.
C2C reserve the right to repair or replace any faulty goods at their discretion.
