Pricing

C2C prices are current at the time of publishing. Whilst all care is taken when submitting prices, costs may change and all costs must be confirmed when ordering.
Any change made once orders are placed will incur a $50 change fee (C2C accessories excepted).
All quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
Add 10% GST to all amounts unless stated otherwise.

All new customer first time orders must be paid for in advance.
An approved credit application is required to open a credit account. Payment strictly 30 days from date of invoice – a trading history of 3 prepaid orders is required prior to an application for credit account being considered.
To obtain a credit application, please contact your Sales Executive or C2C Finance Manager.
Credit account customer orders under $1000 must be paid for in advance.

All quotes are valid for 7 days only - prices may vary, please confirm your price before ordering.
Prices are based on quantity - smaller quantities will be charged at a higher price.
Any changes to orders may increase turnaround time and price.
Repeat orders may be charged at a different price.

Samples required for pre order approval are charged at $100 per piece sample fee, garment and freight price.
Sampling time is not included in production time.

Production ready artwork in original and editable Adobe Illustrator, EPS, WMF or PDF must be supplied or artwork charges will apply. Artwork prepared by C2C is charged at $100 per hour.
Re-colouring of existing custom garment styles is free. Colours to be chosen from C2C colour chart or charge to mix new colours is $100 per new colour.

C2C offer a Professional Custom Artwork/Design service:

1. New custom garment including 1 new custom logo: charges start at $500 including 2 matching garments (ie shorts and singlets) with 2 options.
2. New custom garment design only: charges start at $250 including 2 options.
3. New custom logo design only: charges start at $350 including 3 options.
4. 2 changes may be made to custom designs, further changes are charged at $100 per hour.
5. Garment pattern development, or pattern changes: charges start at $100 per change per size.
6. Artwork charges are credited against any order of 1000 or more pieces.
7. C2C colour chart to be used for all orders or charge to mix new colours is $100 per new colour.

Extra charges will apply for exclusive rights to new garment and new logo designs.
Production time will not commence until artwork is approved by customer (also see Production Time section).

Production commences from the time C2C sales order or invoice is approved, artwork is approved and payment is received (unless the client has an active credit account).

1. C2C accessories: allow 2 working days + freight.
2. C2C stock uniform: allow 1 week + freight.
3. Stock catalogue products no decorations: allow 1 week + freight.
4. Stock catalogue products with decoration: allow 3 - 4 weeks + freight.

All above quoted times subject to stock availability.

5. Australian made custom socks: allow 4 – 6 weeks + freight
6. Imported custom garments by air freight: allow 8 -10 weeks including any decoration.
7. Imported custom garments by green sea freight:

a. Individual shipments - allow 12 -16 weeks including any decoration.
b. C2C Shipments - ship dates during May & December, delivery 4 weeks later.

New custom orders, new garment patterns, new colours and repeat orders with changes will all require extra production time. Extra time required will vary depending on the order, C2C schedule and time of year. 
Any change made once orders are placed will increase turnaround time.
An extra 2 weeks production time required during Christmas closures.
An extra 4 weeks production time required during Chinese New Year closures for custom garments.
An extra 1 week production time required during May and October for Chinese Holiday closures for custom garments.

1. C2C accessories: 1 piece.
2. C2C stock uniforms: 1 piece.
3. Stock catalogue products: 25 pieces per style, 50 per order per catalogue.
4. Australian made custom socks: 120 pairs, dozens per size.
5. Imported custom garments by air freight: 50 pieces per style in the same fabric.
6. Repeat Imported custom garments by air freight: 25 pieces per style, 50 per order in the same fabric.
7. Imported custom garments by green sea freight:

a. Individual shipments -1500 pieces per shipment, 500 pieces per style.
b. C2C shipments - 500 pieces per shipment, 250 pieces per style.

Screens remain property of C2C. Screens are normally kept for 6 months.
Embroidery files remain property of C2C.
Set up charges and/or artwork charges may apply

Film & Digital Logos, Numbers minimum charges and Production time

Minimum film and digital print charge is $100. Allow 3 weeks for film only orders.
Production ready artwork must be supplied or artwork charges apply.

Colour Variation in Sublimation & other Products

Colour variation up to 7% lighter or darker between each new and repeat order should be expected as per industry standards. Slight and tolerable colour variation may and will occur in sublimated colours and other products due to but not limited to the following uncontrollable circumstances and conditions: different dye lots, different fabric types, different batches of ink & transfer paper, different printing times with varying humidity, varying room temperature,  different heat presses and machinery used and machine heat variations. Changes in C2C product sources may and will occur as required.

Tolerance

Tolerance of +/- 1cm on all garment measurements should be expected as per industry standards. Slight and tolerable variance may and will occur. For example, this can mean a variance of up to one full size.
